What is the condition of your vintage clothing?
Our items are classified as Grade A or Grade B. Grade A items are in excellent vintage condition with no major holes or stains, while Grade B may show minor signs of wear consistent with age, such as slight fading or small marks.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we operate on a minimum spend or weight basis depending on the category. Typically, our bulk boxes start at 5kg or 10kg to ensure you get the best wholesale pricing for your resale business.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 2-4 days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs and location.
Can I handpick specific items for my order?
We offer handpick sessions by appointment at our warehouse. For online orders, items are sold in curated 'mystery' bundles or by category, ensuring a fair mix of styles and sizes.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
As we deal in second-hand wholesale goods, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in the grade or quantity described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
